Mandatory Topics covers the duties a licensee has under Virginia's agency law (Real Estate Agency) and some important issues to keep in mind when writing contracts (Real Estate Contracts). To provide Virginia licensees with an update on Ethics and Standards of Conduct, Fair Housing, Legal Updates and Emerging Trends, Real Estate Agency, Real Estate Contracts, Hoarding, and Flood Hazard Areas & the National Flood Insurance Program as specified by the Virginia Real Estate Commission.
